Products and license
Products are digital files: Claude Code skills, scripts, templates and documentation. When you buy a product you receive a license to use it as set out in our license terms. You do not acquire ownership of the files.
Your responsibilities
- Review generated output before relying on it or publishing it.
- Comply with the terms of the third-party services you connect, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or ElevenLabs.
- Keep your own API keys and credentials secure.
- Use the products lawfully, including in outreach, where anti-spam and privacy laws apply.
Payments, delivery and refunds
Prices are shown in USD and are one-time payments. You order by sending an order request; we then send a PayPal invoice, which is due on receipt. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on the invoice. Files are delivered immediately after payment, as described in the delivery policy. Refunds are covered by the refund policy. EU and UK buyers are asked to consent to immediate delivery of digital content and to acknowledge that this ends the withdrawal right; without that consent, the withdrawal right is kept.
Third-party services
Many products work with tools we don't control. Their availability, pricing and behaviour can change. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their costs are not included in our prices.
Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is". AI models produce variable output, and we don't warrant that any product will be error-free or suit every use. See the disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought a product applies to that purchase.
