How ordering works
- You send an order request through the order form, choosing the product.
- We email you a PayPal invoice within 24 hours. You can pay it with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card.
- Once payment is confirmed, the download link for your files is emailed to you immediately after payment.
Immediate digital delivery
Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is shipped physically. The download link is sent immediately after payment to the email address used on your order request. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and keeping access to it.
What delivery includes
- A .zip file containing the skill folders, scripts or template files listed on the product page.
- A README with requirements, setup steps and example prompts.
- Updated files for version 1 of the product, sent on request or when we release an update.
Delivery does not include third-party software, subscriptions or API credits. Those are listed as requirements on each product page and are billed by their providers.
Delivery problems
- Check your spam or promotions folder for our email.
- If you still can't find it, email [email protected] with your PayPal invoice number and the email address used on your order. We resend links within 24 hours.
- Never send us passwords, API keys or payment card details. We will never ask for them.
