Digital products
Our products are digital files delivered immediately after payment and can be copied, so sales are generally final once the download link has been sent. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if, within 30 days of purchase:
- The product does not work as described and we cannot fix it after you have contacted support.
- You paid but the product was never delivered and we cannot deliver it.
- You paid twice for the same product (duplicate payment).
What you must do first
Email [email protected] with your PayPal invoice number, what you expected, and what happened, including any error message. Most problems are setup issues that we can resolve within 24 hours. We only process a refund for a defect after we have had a reasonable chance to fix it.
Non-refundable situations
- You changed your mind after the files were delivered.
- You don't have the required tools, subscriptions or API access listed on the product page.
- The results you got were different from what you hoped for, when the product works as described.
- Costs charged by third parties, such as API usage or software subscriptions.
Buyers in the EU and UK
You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins, but only if you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right. Our invoice states this, and we deliver only after that consent is given. If you do not give it, you keep your 14-day withdrawal right.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal and your bank set the processing time, usually 5 to 10 business days. Your license to use the product ends when a refund is issued, and you must delete the files.
